Xavier Carrière is a Certified Financial Planner® with a passion for helping clients build clarity and confidence around their financial lives. He applies the principles of financial science to each client’s unique situation, looking at financial health holistically and creating long-term plans that focus on what truly matters. More than an advisor, Xavier is a trusted partner clients can rely on through every stage of life.

Since joining RocheBanyan in 2018, he has guided families and retirees through the complexities of financial planning, including retirement planning, tax and investing. His evidence-based investment philosophy emphasizes cost efficiency, diversification, and simplicity—ensuring portfolios remain aligned with clients’ goals while avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Outside of work, Xavier enjoys playing hockey and tennis, and spending quality time with his wife and young son.
